Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to the most common questions about our mobile locksmith services in the Inland Empire.

Automotive Locksmith

I lost my only car key. Can you make a new one without the original?

Yes! As specialized mobile automotive locksmiths, we can generate a new key for most vehicle makes and models right at your location. You don't need the original key; we use your vehicle's VIN or lock code to cut and program a fresh transponder key or key fob on the spot.

Do you provide mobile service for ignition repairs?

Absolutely. If your key is stuck or won't turn, we can come to you to repair or replace the ignition cylinder. Since we are a mobile service, we save you the cost and hassle of towing your car to a dealership.

Can you program high-security "smart keys" and proximity fobs?

Yes. We carry the latest diagnostic and programming equipment to handle modern push-to-start vehicles and high-security laser-cut keys. This is our primary focus, ensuring you get back on the road faster and cheaper than at the dealer.

How much does a car key replacement cost?

Pricing depends on your vehicle's make, model, and the type of key (standard, transponder, smart key/fob). We're always upfront about costs — call us at (909) 935-8844 for a free quote. In most cases, we're significantly cheaper than the dealership, and we come to you.

What car brands do you work with?

We work with virtually all makes and models including Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, GM, Dodge, Mazda, Subaru, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Audi, Porsche, Acura, Infiniti, Cadillac, Lincoln, and more. If you're unsure, just give us a call and we'll let you know.

Residential & Commercial

I'm locked out of my house or office. How quickly can you arrive?

Because we operate as a mobile locksmith, we are often already on the road and can provide an accurate ETA when you call. We operate during our set business hours, so please call us during those times for the fastest response.

Can you rekey my home or business locks without replacing the hardware?

Usually, yes. If your current locks are in good working order, we can "rekey" them — changing the internal pins so the old keys no longer work. This is a cost-effective way to secure a new home or business without the expense of brand-new hardware.

What's the difference between rekeying and replacing a lock?

Rekeying changes the internal pins of your existing lock so old keys no longer work — it's cheaper and keeps your current hardware. Replacing a lock means installing entirely new hardware, which makes sense if the lock is damaged, outdated, or you want an upgrade. We can help you decide which option is best for your situation.
